A compact efficiency suite for two — about 280 sq ft with a king bed, private bath, and kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, coffee). There is no stove in the unit; use the grounds BBQ pits for cooking. Two efficiency units share the yard. Thin walls mean sound travels; quiet time is midnight to 8 a.m. across the property.

- Overflow / trailer parking in marked unpaved areas — do not block driveways or the dumpster
Cancellation
Deposit is 50%. If you cancel, we try to rebook the cabin for the same dates. If we rebook it, you get a credit minus a $100 rebooking fee for a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom cabin, or $50 for a cozy cabin or efficiency, to use within 60 days of your original dates on a non-holiday weekend. If you can't travel within 60 days, the refund is 50% of the total reservation, minus that cabin fee and a 4% processing fee. If the cabin is not rebooked, no refund is due. Remaining 50% is due at check-in.
Location
White pine log cabins on FM 306, two blocks from Boat Ramp #17 at Jacobs Creek Park. The county runs the ramp; drought, flood, and park work can close it.
