If you cancel, we try to rebook the cabin for the same dates. A rebooked stay becomes a credit minus a $100 or $50 cabin fee, used within 60 days on a non-holiday weekend. If you can't travel in 60 days, the refund is 50% of the total minus that fee and a 4% processing fee. If we do not rebook the dates, no refund is due.
*1BR summer Fri–Sun is last-minute if that cedar is open. Summer = Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Monday of Labor Day. New Year’s Day uses Spring/Fall. Monthly: 4 units, cash/bank (4% if card), no 10% tax on 30+ nights. Deposit on the sheet is 50% when the office books. Call (830) 964-2638 to reserve.
